Return Eligibility

All unused, unopened, intact products with original packaging are eligible for return application. Customers need to briefly describe the return reason and provide corresponding product pictures or logistics proof as required. Refund Processing Time
After we receive and verify the returned products completely conform to the return standards, we will initiate the official refund procedure. The refund will be successfully credited to the customer’s original payment account within 5 to 10 working days. The specific arrival time is subject to the processing rules of the customer’s payment platform.
